| FSC Realty, LLC, established in 1996, is a successor to three other real estate investment partnerships. Stanley Fimberg was the general partner in all three: Capital Asset Management, Ltd., Stanley R. Fimberg, Ltd., and Fimberg & Williams, L.P. Over a 35-year period, the combined real estate transactions entered into by the four companies exceeded three billion dollars. This consisted of over 42,000 apartments units and over 5,800,000 square feet of commercial properties. |
Management of the properties was conducted through affiliated companies in which Stanley R. Fimberg was a principal. The first such company was Brentwood Properties, formed in 1977 as a venture with Mr. Trammel Crow. At its peak, Brentwood was managing almost 65,000 units. In 1988 the Fimberg and Crow interests separated, and Stanley Fimberg, with several principals of Brentwood, established Lexford Properties. Lexford was managing almost 32,000 units at its peek. Mr. Fimberg is also a principal of Capital Realty Advisors, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, which is currently managing in excess of 1,495,631 square feet of commercial properties. |

| Lexford Properties merged into Cardinal Realty Services, Inc., a publicly traded real estate service company, in August 1996. The combined company operated under the name Lexford Properties with respect to the property management function. Lexford Properties was then sold to Equity Residential in 1997. Since the sale of Lexford, FSC has been actively involved in the management of its current portfolio. |
